Biblical Counseling (ACBC Certification) is something that can be done for kids who are at risk and also kids who have been victims of crimes like sex-trafficking.  Praxis Professional Foundation Incorporated is a non-profit which has been setup to do advocacy for the victims of sex-trafficking and to make sure they are able to go through Conservative Biblical Counseling.

This is the link to a copy of the official CA State filed Articles of Incorporation in their current first form.  I am going to be building them out and adding directors and bylaws, getting an EIN and a DUNS Number etc.  We have HIPAA Compliant email setup and the domains will all be @PraxisPFI.org email addresses.  That will be the website when we shift things from this site and a few others over to it.  I am forming up an LP with this non-profit as the one general partner and then Apex Law Service (paralegal), Centinel Trust (software), Apex Centinel, Praxis Holdings will be the 4 small business trust limited partners with the one LLC limited partner being Praxis Investigations LLC which was formed for the corporate CA PI License from the BSIS we are working on for research related to our paralegal work we are doing for our pro bono attorney clients.  It’s an endeavor, but over the past 10-years since finishing paralegal training at the University of San Diego, I have built up the little business trusts so the non-profit and the LLC in an LP with the trusts is just a formalization of what way I have been taking my professional work over this whole time.

Paying for a supporting membership is also a small business grant to Apex Law Service dba Praxis Professional and is not a requirement to do work with Praxis Professional.  We have Supporting Membership Subscription Options from $6/mo. all the way up to $96/mo. and it all goes to covering the bills and keeping things moving forward.

P.S. This is a FB Post of mine that was flagged for “hate speech’, but it was my honest explanation of how my philosophy and theology and some of my viewpoints went in a leftward departure from my ultra-conservativism based on what I now think was a presupposition that was pitched into the middle of the discussion in a disingenuous fashion.  This was a watershed departure for me as a younger person and it is something that can be more easily researched now with the super-advent of the internet.  I have gravitated more solidly and in more of a supported and researched manner back to being very conservative over the last 23-years since graduating with my major in Religion in 2001.  I think that the liberal side of the Christian Church flies right past issues like this and they are mostly lost and leading people astray.  I took a snapshot of it and put it up on my wall and it has stayed, but I feel I have had more issues with FB since then about my posts being called spam, like they could not beat me on the issue of sincerely held religious belief, but they can say what they want at attempts at different business activities.  I appealed the judgment against me immediately, and I just cannot know where I stand on the lists of the brats that be at Meta.  IDK.  You be the judges.  I think I am polite but honest.
